3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final and payments are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Scheduled Services. Payments for consultations, coaching sessions, mentorship sessions, and other scheduled services are nonrefundable once booked. If you are unable to attend a scheduled service, you may request to reschedule in accordance with any rescheduling policy communicated at the time of booking. Failure to attend, late arrival, or failure to use the full scheduled time does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

Coaching and Mentorship Programs. Payments made for coaching, mentorship, or other ongoing programs are nonrefundable. Unless outlined differently in your signed agreement, choosing to discontinue participation does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid. Any obligations regarding future payments or cancellation of an ongoing program will be governed by the terms provided for that specific program at the time of purchase.

Live Events, Workshops, and Continuing Education. Registration fees for live events, workshops, and continuing education programs are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration. Failure to attend or failure to satisfy attendance, participation, assessment, evaluation, or other requirements for continuing education credit does not entitle the participant to a refund.

Digital Products and On-Demand CEU Content. Purchases of downloadable resources, digital products, recorded content, courses, and other on-demand materials are nonrefundable once purchased or access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellation by The Behavior Station, LLC. If The Behavior Station, LLC cancels a scheduled service or live event and does not provide a reasonable rescheduling or replacement option, amounts paid for the canceled service or event will be refunded. The Behavior Station, LLC is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by a participant in connection with a canceled or rescheduled service or event.

Any exception to this policy is made at the sole discretion of The Behavior Station, LLC and does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar exception in the future.

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Product Licensing Agreement

All downloadable content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, templates, software, and images, is the property of The Behavior Station, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase or download of any product does not transfer ownership, title, or intellectual property rights to you.

Upon payment or authorized free download, The Behavior Station, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to download and access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may: Use the content on your personal devices (computer, tablet, phone).

You may: Print copies of the content for your own personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

You strictly agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or lend the original files or modified versions to anyone else.

Unauthorized use of our content in artificial intelligence systems or for the purpose of recreating similar materials (including frameworks, exercises, or structured content) constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in termination of access and other appropriate actions.
