Doctoral Candidate with Speciality in Leadership and Organizational Management
This work matters to me deeply because helping professionals deserve to do meaningful work without burning out. And organizations who care about their employees benefit from specialized support.

I'm a 12-year BCBA with 15 years in the ABA field. Growing up with family and friends with various diagnoses, I’ve always been passionate about creating supportive and welcoming environments for everyone. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are. Using a values-based approach, I partner with organizations to support meaningful progress that reflects what matters most to the people doing the work and those they serve.
