Sign me up!The BCBA population has nearly doubled since 2020. That number doesn’t tell the story of what’s causing burnout within the profession, but it does give environmental context to explore. This 1-hour CE event applies the behavior analytic framework to the discussion of burnout. This CEU is not self-care advice, a venting session, or a passive hour. Instead, it looks at the environment BCBAs are working within right now. Attendees should come prepared to reflect on their own working environments, with the goal being to identify a small behavior shift you can make to align with what matters to you in your work. A guided activity will be incorporated.

As a behavior analyst who's been there, I'm showing other behavior analysts the tools to create work-life harmony without adding more to their to-do list. Because you deserve to do meaningful work without burning out.
I've been a BCBA since 2014, but my resume won't show you how I crashed and burned even when doing my dream job... Or how I had to completely rebuild.
Thanks for joining me on my journey & for letting me be a part of yours.
