A client's experience

“This program genuinely changed my life. I feel lighter and I finally have real work-life balance. I've also carried the skills I gained into my personal day-to-day life, not just work.”

“This program genuinely changed my life. I feel lighter and I finally have real work-life balance. I've also carried the skills I gained into my personal day-to-day life, not just work. I used to be the type of person who tried to do everything in one day which just isn't possible. Since finishing this program, I'm able to pause, reflect, and make sure what I'm doing actually aligns with my values before I commit to it. If you're considering the SUSTAIN Route program, I'd genuinely recommend it” — K.M., BCBA, LBA

Sound familiar?

You keep giving work all your attention, even after the workday ends

Your brain is still at work

You're replaying conversations, decisions, and unfinished tasks long after clocking out.

“One more thing” keeps happening

You find yourself checking messages or doing tasks that could wait.

You're there, but not fully there

Even during downtime, your attention keeps drifting back to work.

I've been there, too

Hi, I'm Tiffany.

Work-Life Harmony Coach · Behavior Analyst · Certified Yoga Instructor

My resume can tell you about my experience as a behavior analyst, leader, and professor. But it won't tell you how I crashed and burned while working in my “dream job”... or how I had to rebuild my life and relationship with work.

That's part of why I created SUSTAIN Route™. I know what it's like to care deeply about your work while feeling like it's taking over your life. And I want other professionals to know there's another way forward.

You can care about the work you do without letting it have all of you.

Picture the possibilities

What could be different four weeks from now?

Imagine finishing your workday without feeling like you need to keep doing more. Noticing the urge to check one more email without automatically acting on it. Pausing before saying yes to another responsibility and considering how you actually want to spend your time.

Not because work-related thoughts disappear, but because you're learning to respond to them differently.

Your work matters. Your life outside of work does, too.

The four-week journey

A different relationship with work starts with small changes.

The SUSTAIN Route™ framework guides our work together. Here's what we'll explore each week.

WEEK 1

Notice your patterns

Recognize what's keeping you connected to work, even after your workday ends.

WEEK 2

Align with what matters

Explore new ways to respond when work pulls your attention away from your personal life.

WEEK 3

Act on what matters

Start making choices that create more room for the people and experiences you value.

WEEK 4

Build your path forward

Develop a plan for continuing these changes beyond our four weeks together.

Frequently asked questions

Questions you might have

Do I need to work in ABA to participate in this program?

No. The program is for professionals in demanding, people-centered careers, including professionals in other fields.

Do I need to be experiencing burnout?

No. Wanting to make more room for life outside of work is enough reason to explore coaching.

What if I have boundaries but still think about work constantly?

That's something we can explore. Coaching addresses both the actions that keep you connected to work and how you respond to work-related thoughts after hours.

If I am an ABA professional, how do I know these modules qualify for professional development?

The Behavior Station, LLC is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider. The SUSTAIN Route™ program includes separately recorded modules for BCBAs/BCaBAs and RBTs, each developed to meet the BACB's applicable continuing education or professional development requirements for that credential.

BCBAs and BCaBAs can earn 2 CEUs, while RBTs can earn 2 PDUs by completing their respective modules and applicable requirements.
